Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the website, apps, points of sale and other services offered by FLITit® (the "Company"), operating in Honduras. By registering, browsing or placing an order you declare that you have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the service.

2. Legal capacity

The user declares to be of legal age and to have full capacity to enter into contracts. The Company reserves the right to request documentation proving the user's identity and to reject orders where there are reasonable indications of fraud or impersonation.

3. Registration and account

• The user is responsible for providing truthful, complete and up-to-date information.
• Login credentials are personal and non-transferable. Any operation carried out with them is deemed performed by the account holder.
• The Company may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms, show suspicious activity or use the service for unlawful purposes.

4. Products and prices

The Company strives to keep product information, photographs, allergen ingredients and prices up to date. Occasional variations may occur due to availability, supply or typographical errors. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change without notice, always honouring the price shown when the order is confirmed.

5. Orders, payments and deliveries

• An order is only deemed accepted once the Company expressly confirms it.
• Payments are processed through certified providers; the Company does not store full card data.
• Delivery times are estimates and depend on the area, traffic and operational availability. The Company does not guarantee an exact time but will make reasonable efforts to meet it.
• If the order cannot be delivered for reasons attributable to the customer (wrong address, absence, incorrect contact details), the Company may withhold the amount or charge handling fees.

6. Cancellations and returns

Because these are food products prepared for immediate consumption, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered. If you find a quality issue, a missing item or an error, report it within 2 hours of delivery so we can assess a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate. Cancellations are only possible before the order enters the kitchen.

7. Promotions and coupons

Promotions run for a limited time, cannot be combined unless expressly stated, and may carry specific conditions (minimum spend, participating locations, time slots). The Company reserves the right to amend or cancel them.

8. Permitted use of the site

The user agrees to:

• Not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent purposes or in ways that infringe third-party rights.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas, breach security or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Not use bots, scrapers or automated tools without prior written authorisation.
• Not upload offensive or defamatory content, or content infringing third-party intellectual property.

9. Intellectual property

All site content (brand, logos, recipes, photographs, texts, software, design) belongs to the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable law. Reproduction, distribution or commercial use without express authorisation is prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, loss of data or harm arising from service outages, third-party failures (payment providers, Fliters, telecommunications), force majeure events or misuse by the user.

11. Allergen information

Our products are prepared in kitchens where common allergens are handled (gluten, egg, milk, soy, nuts, shellfish). Although we take great care, we cannot guarantee the complete absence of traces. If you have allergies or intolerances, please ask before ordering.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

13. Amendments

The Company may update these Terms at any time. The current version will always be published at this same URL. Continued use of the service after publication implies acceptance of the changes.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Honduras. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Company's registered domicile, unless applicable consumer regulations provide otherwise.
