We hand you the keys to a proven infrastructure — FLIT-OS, FLITeats and the FLITers network — so you can build a profitable business under a world-class brand with the technical backing of LUSS Labs LLC.
We do not sell a piece of software: we grant an operating license so you can lead Online-to-Offline (O2O) commerce in your territory.
02 — Operating architecture
You control the money; we handle the technology.
The model is designed so operations and revenue live in your country, while the platform is maintained, updated and scaled from headquarters.
- Local financial autonomy
- As the local licensee you incorporate your own legal entity in your country and are fully authorised to integrate local payment gateways and merchant accounts under your company's name.
- Direct collection
- 100% of the revenue generated in your territory — business SaaS subscriptions, marketplace commissions and delivery fees — lands directly in your local bank accounts, in your local currency.
- Last-mile management
- You manage recruitment, support and payouts to the independent Fliters (Fliters) using locally collected funds. There is no commingling with the technology parent company.
- Royalty payments
- For the ongoing right to use the brand, software updates and servers, your company pays LUSS Labs LLC a monthly royalty calculated on business volume, converted to US dollars and transferred to our corporate account in the United States.

04 — Legal framework
The rules of the game from day one.
To protect the integrity of the continental FLITit® ecosystem, every zone license operates under a strict licensing agreement built on non-negotiable principles.
- Non-transferable intellectual property
- LUSS Labs LLC retains absolute, sole and exclusive ownership of 100% of the source code, databases, trademarks, algorithms and operating models. The license granted is local, revocable and non-transferable.
- Legal and employment independence
- The relationship between LUSS Labs LLC and the regional partner is strictly one of independent entities. There is no joint venture and no employment relationship. The partner assumes 100% of the responsibility for tax, labour, civil and regulatory compliance in its country of operation.
- Segregated business lines
- To keep global tax reporting transparent, the partner's local operating costs — marketing, payroll, Fliter payouts — are never mixed with the accounting or development operations of the US parent company.
- Brand and quality protection
- Territory exclusivity is subject to performance metrics (KPIs). LUSS Labs LLC reserves the right to revoke the license if the partner engages in practices that damage the brand's reputation, mismanages the merchant network or fails to pay international royalties.
