1. Introduction
At FLITit® (the "Company", "we", "us" or "our"), operating in Honduras, we value and respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect the personal information you provide through our website, apps, points of sale (POS), social networks and ordering channels such as WhatsApp.
By using our services you accept the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
2. Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Identification data: full name, tax ID (RTN, where applicable), date of birth.
- Contact data: email address, phone number, delivery address, city and postal code.
- Order data: products purchased, order history, preferences, comments and delivery instructions.
- Payment data: selected payment method. Sensitive financial data (cards) is processed directly by PCI-DSS certified providers and is never stored on our servers.
- Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, operating system, unique identifiers, usage logs and cookies.
- Account data: login credentials (encrypted), roles, registration date and activity within the platform.
3. Purposes of processing
We use your personal data to:
- Process and deliver your orders.
- Create and manage your customer or staff account.
- Send confirmations, invoices and operational communications.
- Handle enquiries, complaints and customer service requests.
- Improve our products, menu, service and digital experience.
- Send promotional communications (only with your express consent, and always with an opt-out).
- Comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations applicable in Honduras.
- Prevent fraud and abuse and protect the security of the platform.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your personal data based on: (i) performance of the sales contract, (ii) your express consent, (iii) compliance with applicable legal obligations and (iv) our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service.
5. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information, strictly where necessary, with:
- Courier and delivery companies, to deliver your orders.
- Certified payment processors, to handle transactions.
- Technology providers (hosting, authentication, analytics, communications) under confidentiality agreements.
- Competent authorities where there is a legal obligation.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use first- and third-party cookies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure site traffic and improve the experience. You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, although some features may then stop working correctly.
7. Data retention
We keep your personal data while you maintain an active relationship with us and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods (tax, accounting, commercial). When it is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it securely.
8. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request erasure of your data when it is no longer necessary.
- Object to or restrict processing, including opting out of marketing communications.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
- Request the portability of your data.

9. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data: encryption in transit (HTTPS), role-based access control, audit logs and providers with recognised certifications. No system is 100% infallible, so we recommend protecting your credentials and telling us about any suspected unauthorised use.
10. Minors
Our services are not directed at children under 13. If we find that we have collected data from a minor without their guardian's consent, we will delete it immediately.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal, technical or business changes. We will publish the current version at this same URL and indicate the date of the last update.
