FLITeats® · Food storefront
Your menu, your price, your customer.
The food marketplace where the business keeps its margin: a 5% commission and a commitment to the same price as in the dining room. No inflating the menu to survive the platform.
01 — Order economics
Numbers that actually add up.
A low commission demands hard rules against trips that destroy margin. Everything is written down and identical for every business.
5%
Commission on order value
L. 50
MOV: minimum processable order
L. 120
Threshold below which the SOF applies
- MOV (minimum order value)
- A hard limit. Orders below the minimum are not processed, so the logistics network is not flooded with worthless trips.
- SOF (small order fee)
- Charged to the consumer when the order clears the MOV but not the profitable threshold. It covers the fixed bank processing cost on low tickets.
- Price synchronisation
- The business commits to publishing the same price it charges in the dining room. That is the counterpart of a 5% commission.
02 — For the business
Publishing does not mean retyping the menu.
The catalogue lives in FLIT-OS. You flag which products go to the marketplace and they are published with their categories, combos and modifier groups. A price change shows on both sides.
- Order to kitchen
- The order lands directly on the production screen with its modifiers and estimated time.
- Automatic dispatch
- Once marked ready, the system finds a Fliter by real proximity and the business watches the tracking on a map.
- Settlement
- Every order is recorded with its commission and settlement status, visible on the business dashboard.
